POSITION
Summary:
The Sales Support Analyst will support the MWI sales and marketing efforts by developing, analyzing and providing sales data and reports.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Work with IT and the Specialty Resource Group VP and managers to automate sales reports, and create new reports as needed, for the SRG audiences
Support the SRG team with sales data and ad-hoc reporting as needed, including commission calculations
Create a report library in sharepoint to be accessed by the SRG management team
Maintain the MWI/Securos account cross-reference tables
Provide regular sales reports to vendors as specified contractually
Provide vendor sales reporting for marketing and other internal purposes
Work closely with I.T. to develop, test, and implement computer applications and reports as needed by the department.
Build and maintain an expert-level knowledgebase of the company's databases and maintain a high level of proficiency in data presentation.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Typically three or more years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree is required. In depth knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Ability to understand and use mathematical and statistical concepts is needed. Demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions. Ability to be exacting, thorough, and attentive to detail is essential. AS/400 experience desirable. Familiarity with database management concepts preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
