Primary
Responsibilities:
The Internet Assistant is expected to:
Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the Larry H. Miller Companies dealerships;
Ensure prompt first quality response follow-ups to assist the sales department to achieve group sales and customer service benchmarks;
Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
1. Maximum production, customer service and profitability.
Achieve sales and service satisfaction standards through facilitating customer follow- ups and setting appointments with appropriate sales personnel.
Effectively communicate and guide appointed customers in a timely and professional fashion to initiate a positive sales experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of soon expiring manufacturer lease leads, financed contracts and orphaned leads to effectively follow-up with customers to initiate repeat business opportunities.
Perform all other job duties as requested by management.
2. Operate with integrity.
Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Job
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Desirable:
1+years of sales experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
1
years of phone customer service experience
Good organization skills
Professional communication skill
Detail oriented.
Physical Requirements:
Work performed in an office and dealership settings due to necessity to be available to respond to customers who call into the dealership or arrive at the dealership inquiring about dealership vehicles which were viewed online.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time.
Ability to lift up to a minimum of 20 lbs.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities.
Perform other duties as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
