Qualifications:
- Education:
Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing. - Licenses/Certifications:
License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance license
