SUPPLY TECHNICIAN

Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the DON Navy Operational Supply Center of NRC RICHARDSON.
Responsibilities You will provide direct and indirect supply support, perform logistical, inventory and accounting services for Navy Reserve Center Boise.
You will coordinate with command departments to create annual budget submissions, mid-year review, data calls, ensure Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) compliancy and maintain memorandum accounting records and files.
You will coordinate with vendors on payments and services of reoccurring services to include printing, engraving, shipping, cable, telephone, and multifunctional device services.
You will maintain reports, inventories and files on all survey actions.
You will coordinate with higher authorities, receiving, and shipping activities to determine disposition instructions, packaging, and or transport/ship items.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience using computer based programs (such as Microsoft Excel); - Experience and the ability to generate required reports; and - Experience in inventory control, ordering supplies.
