Special Response Officer (SRO) is a flex officer that assists with coverage between all GardaWorld sites in the area.
Guaranteed paid at least 40 hours per week, OT available as well.
SRO officers are held to a higher standard than the average officer, please be prepared to keep your hygiene and uniform above standard.
As an SRO officer we cannot guarantee a set schedule, your manager/supervisor will do their best to keep your schedule as consistent as possible, please be as flexible as you can.
Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
You provide rapid response in critical situations.
You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
Your background:
You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process You have AT LEAST 2 years of either Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.
You have a clean MVR.
You have a valid state drivers license.
You are fully vaccinated.
You are CPR certified.
Must have reliable transportation to and from sites.
Must have cellular phone.
Must have/obtain a Boise Security License.
