This is a 100% commission role.
We do not offer base salaries, draws or benefits.

Sales/Business Development role:
Your primary responsibilities include:
Direct outreach to companies seeking to hire quality talent; Networking with Consulting organizations to develop strategic partnerships; Engaging other recruitment agencies and presenting our value proposition.
Your primary activities will be calling on decision makers and selling our value proposition.
We provide the lists and all contact information for our target relationships.
Once engaged, new relationships are handed off to our account management team to handle day to day management.
Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts.
Track and record sales activity systematically in CRM.
About You:
You have 3
years of sales and business development success.
You are experienced selling over the telephone.
You have the ability to effectively demonstrate our platform virtually and close sales.
You desire flexibility.
You are entrepreneurial and are motivated to Succeed.
