Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target audience segments.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through effective prospecting techniques.
Engage with new and existing customers remotely to understand their needs and discuss how our products/services can address their challenges.
Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our offerings, demonstrating how they solve customer problems.
Proactively answer customer inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing any concerns.
Negotiate pricing and terms, preparing comprehensive sales agreements to finalize the deal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
Maintain contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture and strengthen relationships.
Continuously expand our business reach by leveraging networking techniques and exploring new sales opportunities.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, enabling the creation of targeted marketing events.
Analyze previous successful campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative ideas for future events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
Ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills to drive successful deals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders remotely.
Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Job Type:
Full-time, remote position.
Compensation:
$89,190 - $152,800 per year, with bonus pay and commission structure.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay & Commission pay.
