Responsibilities:

Lead Utility Network assessments, conversions, implementations
Direct junior resources in completing Utility Network tasks related to assessments, conversions, and implementations
Work directly with clients and internal resources to assist with developing GIS data model, utility network model, and utility network error resolution recommendations
Lead technical workshops providing in-depth knowledge and best practices for implementing the Utility Network.
(Electric experience preferred)
Provide high quality (and timely) written and oral communications both internally and with clients
Proficient in working as part of a team, advising, and mentoring technical team members in utility knowledge, demonstrates patience and a desire to share knowledge
Proficient in working with clients by preparing and presenting virtual and in-person workshops, creating, and providing training, demonstrating constructive communication skills to elicit feedback, tactfully asking probing questions to gain further insight and guide team members to a successful project outcome
Has the ability, or is willing to learn, how to work with our clients to develop long term relationships and facilitate additional business
Ability to adapt to project requirements, and work on multiple project simultaneously
Interface with and support company Project Managers on proposals, project work, resource allocations and personnel.

Up to 25% travel will be required.
Required Education/
Experience:

3
years of experience working with utility data and data modeling (electric, water, wastewater, stormwater, fiber)
3
years of experience working with Esri Utility Network
3
years of experience working with ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap, ArcCatalog)
5
years of experience with Microsofts office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience viewing, creating, performing analysis with utility GIS data
Experience with data integration including importing data from spreadsheets and geodatabases.

Requires excellent communication and organizational skills
Requires excellent problem-solving skills
Requires strong time management skills including the ability to multi-task on various projects and priorities under fixed schedules
Must be familiar with the work processes of utilities and must have the ability to document processes using Microsoft Visio and/or Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
Must have project implementation lifecycle experience (Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Training, and Deployment)
Must have demonstrated success at leading technical teams Desired Education/
Experience:

Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise
Esri Utility Network Certification
Experience with Schneider Electrics ArcFM Product Suite
Experience with or knowledge of Milsoft (other Engineering modeling tools)
Knowledge of SCADA, ADMS, AUG and OMS
Experience with migrating between different platforms.

Experience with Safe Softwares FME including the development of custom ETL tools a plus
Experience with ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Online with associated applications (Collector, Survey 123, Field Maps, Operations Dashboard, etc)

The pay range for this position is $75-$110K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
