Receive an additional $1/hr per referral as long as both parties are employed full-time! As an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients, evaluate their needs through ongoing assessment, and revise care plans based on changes in their condition.
You'll provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs and ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing CPR certification (obtained during orientation or current) One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!) Specific Job Requirements:
Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
