We are searching for a Quality Assurance Technician whose knowledge and dedication will be vital in continuing to help our company succeed.
You are responsible for monitoring and documenting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety Programs (HACCP), and the Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) followed in our daily operations to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
A day in the life of Quality Assurance Technician looks like:
Preoperational inspection of equipment, facility, and record keeping Monitor employee practices, cleanliness of equipment, and record keep of inspections Ensure products meet cut, marinade, and temperature requirements Product sampling/microbiological testing This job is for you if you:
