The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is currently seeking

Vocational Rehabilitation has an exciting opportunity
for a Program Services Manager.
This incumbent will provide professional services
for the Extended Employment Program.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provides management oversight for the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's (IDVR) Extended Employment Program (EES)
Prepares agreements, gathers, analyzes and reports performance statistics, conducts annual reviews of clients in Work Services and CSE
Exercises independent judgment to determine client eligibility for the Extended Employment Services program
Works independently to implement and support program requirements within an administrative team
Ensures appropriate and prudent stewardship of public funds through effective monitoring, tracking and reporting of expenditures
Meets program performance goals
Performs all other duties as assigned
Minimum
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree and a current certification (CRC) as a rehabilitation Counselor by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling or;
Bachelor's Degree with a current CRC of a Master's or Bachelor's in a related field (to include but not limited to)Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Work, Counseling (without theories and techniques of counseling course in the degree) and two years relevant work experience
Competency in management and demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of community resources ordinarily available to increase the employment of people with disabilities
Project Management skills
Solid understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel
Proficiency in computer use and various programs
Travel:
Travel is required. You must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
