Join the Wells Fargo Community Bank Design Services team as an instructional designer. In this position you will design, develop, evaluate, and maintain learning programs in the areas of business systems, customer service and sales, new hire training, and processes with a primary focus on call center audiences (Wells Fargo Customer Connection).
As an instructional designer you will:
Design and develop new content, and maintain existing content ensuring high quality and effectiveness of the programs as they are delivered in multiple locations across the U.S.
Assess impacts of results of new curriculum
Facilitate virtual design overviews sessions and train-the-trainer sessions for facilitators who deliver the program(s).
Follow the standard instructional design process for all projects
Consistently adhere to departmental design, editorial, and branding standards to ensure the highest possible quality.
Apply a proven process to assess business and audience needs and create training materials that meet business objectives
Develop creative and innovative activities, exercises, simulations, and customized content to engage learners and ensure on-the-job application of skills
Coordinate project teams for midsized to large initiatives
Plan and facilitate team and project-related meetings
Effectively manage projects using established project templates to document tasks and deliverables
Ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy to detail and in a timely manner
Proactively communicate progress and build strong relationships with business partners
Location: Will consider any major market area.
Basic
Qualifications: 4
years learning or human resources consulting experience.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must meet the basic qualifications
Preferred Skills:
4
years of instructional design experience
Experience developing courses using e-learning development applications (e.g., Adobe Presenter, Captivate, or related systems)
Working knowledge of adult learning principles
Demonstrated ability to analyze needs, create learning objectives, design interactive learning activities and materials, and evaluate the results of implemented curriculum
Demonstrated ability to design and develop process and/or systems training to meet professional instructional design standards
Demonstrated ability to write instructional materials in web-based, instructor-led and blended formats
Proven ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
Ability to plan and facilitate project and client meetings
Ability to be flexible adjusting to changing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Experience using PowerPoint, Excel & Word in related environment
