Position
Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for initial program as well as day-to-day interaction with clients who receive intensive inpatient/outpatient treatment services at our center. You will be part of a dynamic team of clinical and support staff who work together to ensure our clients have the skills and tools necessary to support clients in their behavioral healthcare. You ll be responsible for the processing of enrollment paperwork, client fiscal matters, processing program referrals and authorizations, corporate reporting and enrollment and case closure in our two electronic health record systems. You will be responsible for answering and redirecting phone calls as well as scheduling and rescheduling appointments with excitement and a willingness to assist at all times. You will assist with various types of paperwork and documentation, printing and tracking a variety of services for clinical staff as well as various levels of computer support, photocopying, filing, mailing, and other clerical duties that support our program. Required Skills
Proven oral, written, organizational and record keeping skills.
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferred experience in electronic health records.
Ability to move from one task to another quickly and with ease.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Demonstrate motivation to grow and learn.
Ability to manage change with a positive attitude.
Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
Possesses an ability to readily learn new software programs.
Experience scheduling with multi-calendar system.
Required Experience
High School/Equivalent
3-5 years
Minimum of three years experience in clerical field.
Formal training in clerical/administrative assistant field may be substituted for experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
