The Business Analyst-Travel MI in Global Business Travel will have the following
Responsibilities:
Support client travel program by providing analytical and consultative advice on trending, compliance and KPI's.
Analyze reports and identify trends & their impact on client travel program.
Track and provide suggestions and recommendations based on data analysis, forecasting and travel trends.
Set up the globalization of all reporting requirements and establish process to ensure consistency in quality of data output.
Support Client Manager in preparation for monthly meetings and reviews regarding BI aspects.
Able to lead global projects.
Accountable for managing client MI Data quality, globally.
Provide strategic collaboration and support to client and American Express teams around reporting requirements and global mapping of MI data.
Oversight of the delivered recommendations to support BI initiatives.

## Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, drives results, and work in a fluid environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Advanced Excel and Access skills are required; advanced Powerpoint is preferred.
Comfortable in presenting to individuals and groups.
Minimum 2 years experience performing financial reporting is required.
Knowledge of the business travel industry is an asset.
Demonstrated analytical experience with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and draw key conclusion must be attentive to details and strong focus on a quality product.
Must be a strategic thinker and have the ability to interact, partner and collaborate with various levels in the organization and across Business Units.
Must have strong customer focus.
Ability to be flexible to changing business priorities; must be comfortable in ambiguous situations.
Ability to interrupt client requirements and be comfortable with influencing the decision maker by providing alternatives.
_Axcess@Home Requirements:_
Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP's are permitted)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
