Cardiovascular Professional:
Performs duties in Cath Lab related to the following procedures: diagnostic right and left heart catheterizations, pacemaker/ICD insertion, coronary interventions including balloon pump insertion, PTCA's, Atherectomy (Laser and Rotablator), Stent, IVUS, myocardial biopsy, and pericardiocentesis. May also perform angiographic and/or intervential duties in the Endovascular Lab. Function as a member of the Cath Lab Team to provide a safe, efficient environment. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care provided. Serve as patient advocate. Utilize resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
Registered Radiologic Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or equivalent Registered allied health professional (or successful completion of appropriate registry within 3 month probationary period).
Prior experience as a staff member in a hospital cath lab or Radiology Department (Special Procedures) preferred.
Obtain and maintain the Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credential within one year of employment in addition to their primary registry.
Required to have or obtain and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications within 90 days of hire date.
Registered nurse:
Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with members of the health care team in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and families. Utilize resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing services. Serve as a patient advocate. In addition to providing hands-on nursing care, RNs work and serve in a broad range of capacities including, but not limited to, delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, teaching of the patient and the patient's family. The RN is expected to exercise competency in judgment, decision making, implementation of nursing intervention, delegation of function or responsibility, and administration of medications and treatments prescribed by legally authorized persons. Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing is required. BSN preferred. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required. Demonstrated team, analysis, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate computer skills including medical record keeping. Ability to work with a wide variety of people under adverse conditions.
This position can be filled by either a Cardiovascular Professional or an RN. Cath Lab and EP Lab experience preferred. This person will work primarily in the Electrophysiology department performing arthymia therapies including: pacemakers, internal defibrillators, and catheter ablations.
Graduate Nurses are not being considered for this position.

Hours: Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
