The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Information Technology and Services Division is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to perform the full range of application design and analysis functions found in the Applications Development Area. Incumbents will apply their technical knowledge to identify and solve complex problems. This position may have some leadership or supervisory responsibility for other IT staff, including other systems analysts and senior programmer analysts.
IT Systems Analysts (ITSAs) must support a wide range of middleware. In this role, ITSAs are expected to have a proven depth and breadth of experience in working with middleware applications. ITSAs may be required to utilize a variety of skills in order to implement and support enterprise middleware solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise around specific middleware and web technologies
Installation, configuration, support, performance tuning and maintenance of the enterprise middleware environments
Understand the architecture and design, high availability concepts, load balancers, clustering, networking, operating system concepts, databases, continuous integration and firewalls
Understand all of the solution components and how they inter-operate to support business processes
Identify changes needed in the middleware infrastructure configuration to achieve the technology needed to implement organizational goals
Manage effective issue identification and resolution process
Serve as the focal point for resolving middleware infrastructure-related issues
Minimum
Qualifications:
Experience performing complex systems design and analysis
Experience supporting middleware components such as web servers (Apache or similar products), application servers (e.g. Red Hat JBoss EAP 5.x, Community Edition or Tomcat), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions (e.g. Apache Service Mix, Fuse, Mule), and/or portal solutions (e.g. Liferay or JBoss Portal)
Experience with Java, Web Services, and/or OS platforms such as Solaris, Ubuntu Linux, CentOS, MS Windows, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
