BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Rep.
Job Description:
Call center hours are 7 days a week including weekends and holidays 8:00 am 10:30 pm with varied shifts. The call center supports several Guthy Renker products including, Proactiv+, WEN Haircare, X Out, Natural Advantage, Meaningful Beauty, Sheer Cover Studio and Principal Secret.
Boise is a RETENTION SITE. Customers all calling in to cancel orders from automatic shipments. Contractors need to be able to ask What can I do to keep you as a customer? and be comfortable hearing NO at least twice before cancelling the membership. Calls are coming from customers who are on auto ship for 30, 60, 90 days. Most people are not happy so contractors need to have a positive demeanor for each call.
TRAINING is from 9:00 am 5:30 pm Mon Fri for two weeks in class setting. Badging takes place on day one but badges are not handed out until Wednesday. For the next three weeks, contractors are in nesting or launch pad where they are sitting with a senior/lead to get them acclimated to taking calls. Launch Pad is Tues Sat for three weeks. Contractors can choose from two different schedules: AM 8:00 4:30 pm or PM 12:00 8:30 pm. This will be their schedule for the entire three weeks. During training they are able to do a shift bid which they will know once they hit the production floor after 5 weeks.
Evaluations are based on two facets: Talk Time and Cancel/Save Rate. The talk time goal is 4 minutes 15 seconds. After two weeks of training, most contractors are at around a 12 minute talk time. During the launch pad time, the goal is to gradually decrease this time before being released into production. Need to be at least 6 minutes to move to production.

Duration : 1+year with strong possibility of extension or permanent placement.
Rate :: $10/hour; W2
