Job Description
Sales Merchandising Representative
The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for basic merchandising functions and communicating with appropriate store level employees on basic inventory and service issues.
Removes damaged or out-of-date stock.
Replenishes and resets stock.
Consults with store manager when inventory runs low.
May manage inventory replenishment system.
Executes displays and plan-o-grams.
Handles POS and display execution.
Manages customer service and complaints.
Executes pricing and validates store level/retail pricing.
Sells against distribution voids.
This position is 4, 10 hour days. They are Mon. Thurs. Fri. and Sat. Days off are Sun., Tues. and Wed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years merchandising or sales experience (DSD system preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Great relationship building and customer sevice skills.
Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
Strong Bachelor's degree preferred.
