JOB DESCRIPTION
The Information Security Manager develops, manages, directs and leads the comprehensive, companywide, Information Security (IS) program and staff, specific to Compliance. Reviews, evaluates, recommends changes and/or develops new standards as technology requirements and customer needs change. Executes IS process and procedures. Additionally, continuously monitors IS standards and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations and industry best practices, and monitors for changes in regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of:
Security best practices for IT infrastructure technologies, web technologies, and telecommunication technologies
ISO layers, IS frameworks, risk assessments, security monitoring systems, and CIP requirements
SCADA and EMS
Skills in:
Excellent management presentation and negotiation
Verbal and written communication
Program management
Working with people
Critical thinking
Business acumen.
Ability to:
Develop unique solutions that balance the needs of the business without loss or compromise of security
Lead people and programs
Work with senior leadership and first line employees

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field .
Prefer
Master's degree in Information Security or related field.
Experience:
8
years of related experience which includes at least three years of experience managing/sustaining programs or projects and at least three years of information security experience. Additionally, 5
years of demonstrated leadership experience is required.
Licenses & Certifications
At least one of the following - Certified Information Systems Security Professional or Certified Information Security Manager.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
